Maintained by someone with one bar lol. The whole forum (almost) has over 10 pts. It's really not that hard. If you're referring to ten bars, then that's different. Only revs and mods have over 10, with the most I've seen on a member is 7, so we're all ways off from even hitting a 9th bar. Either way, people shouldn't be glorified for their rep points; especially not in a group.
