It is possible to get a pink without a re roll its never happened to me but ive seen it happen a couple of times its just super rare.

Well it does just like I said its super rare just be patient and it will happen someday I have two 41's & one half way to 41 and ive never gotten one either without using luck enhancers but like I said i have seen a couple of ppl without luck enhancers or even daily enhancers get pinks. Its just luck I guess.

Nope. Its completely random. Pinks just have a way less chance of dropping.

with daily enh, yes its possible, but only 1 VERY SMALL chance per 24h... is not enuff.......

Dudes, i got 3 razrs without any elix

And when i used one, all i got was green flashguns

I don't know if STS reworked game engine because my razors dropped back at lvl36 cap

Btw, Kornak, just after you quit that pink-farming-run we did another one and Yulich's elix just ended but we was like 'oh, what da hell' and ran anyway.. And that time we both got purple drops)

i have gotten a nova without free daily or enhancer.

I think the legendary guns without enhancer have the same drop rate as a receipe or vanity, the big difference is legendary ONLY drops from the boss so that is why it looks like it never happens.

Main point here is it can and does happen, it just takes alot of work, or a very lucky day.
