Should be another elixir.

Well, I think there should be a separate elixir to increase your running speed. Like for 1 plat, your speed will double for 15 min.

It's been suggested and actually implemented before.

Back when you could buy most elixirs for gold (yes even the good ones), there was a speed elixir that could also be bought for gold. I don't remember the specifics of how long it lasted or how much it cost but it did indeed exist at one point in time. STS removed it with the addition of predominantly plat bought elixirs.

I also remember there was higher factor damage and armors elixirs for plat but those seems to be gone too.
