Losing my 4x elixier just a few sec after buying it.

I've got this issue twice now!

Once yesturday and once just now 2min ago..

I buy the 4x elixier and just a few sec after i lose it, the spell just goes away. It does no longer show under purches history either..
However the platinum is not refunded, can you check this out? i've lost 80 plat now in less then 24h.. Kinda sucks..

Any one got that issue?
