If i am a high.lvl like55 and i farm a lower area will. It be less% chance of me getting the rare items? Also if I'm lvl 55 tank n trying to make money like farm where should i go?

The ONLY things that alter your drop chances are the luck elixers and the big luck vanity. Nothing else will. so your good.

also,
sandstone farming is great at your lvl, and if you want easy fast runs without stress of dying i would run skeleton crypts in forest haven. Might get a doom wep drop or a lvl 5/10 recipe drop that go for decent cash in CS.
