Nice find I'm gonna get another Crystal since if you breed the dragons, I'd assume you breed with Crystal and something else. Hopefully they're obtainable outside of Gems.
I'm guessing another primary element, most likely gem.
Idk, I think they would have had a picture of the primary in the teaser. There it looks like emerald. If it's monthly, I don't think it'll be a new primary, but I could easily be wrong.

I suppose that's actually good, for a dragon you don't have to buy with gems! Think about it; you're essentially getting a second source of free gems, which Backflip want you to buy ideally, for free, like the Colosseum. They don't want to reduce their profits too much, now do they?Incidentally, how much is the Gemstone habitat?

Breeding sanctuary looks badass, too bad it costs 1,250 gems:/ Btw, do you need to breed the emerald before being able to buy the gemstone habitat? Mine isn't in the market, or am I just missing something?
It's a client update. I got the habitat before the dragon, so you probably still need to update the app.
Havent gotten emerald yet, got Dodo, and Plasma. No Current STILL. Ive tried every combo i swear...and the gemstone island looks like crud imo, the graphics look blurry.
Looks fine on the iPad. Maybe it's your device? If it makes you feel better, I don't have Current either lol.
Probably my lame 3rd gen iTouch. But everything else looks crisp, the gemstone is the only thing a little blurry.
Magnetic + Water for Current. Blue Fire + Current for Sun. And Crystal + Lichen for Emerald. All easy to get.
