If it was a luck elixir, then I would be unhappy. Not sure what your complaint is.

Edit: Unless you bought a luck enhancer. Never bought one so not sure what the in-game message is. If that's the case, I am sorry and feel for you and suggest you try and contact support and maybe report it as a bug.

Umm are you trying to farm vanities? If so luck elixir doesn't work for Vanity drops.

And on the topic: as i understand, reroll works starting from orange items. Orange->green; green->purple; purple->pink

Mind though, that there are no purples or pinks on Numa, so your reroll will work only orange to green

Also, as Acyer said it won't help with vanity as vanities are pre-rolled on the map - either it has it or not

Miner's Luck Enhancer gives 100% better loot. It's in it's description.

Doesn't look like a luck lix was used. They say you rerolled for better loot. I don't see that there.

That's miners luck.
The other one is worse, 30%.
Since the picture is cropped, I can only tell that you are on an enhancer, not which one. But regardless, the miners luck only rerolls if better loot is available to reroll for.

That happened to me also, then I figured out that quote basically means there will be times when a reroll can't/doesn't happen. I went 1/2 hour in numa with 2 rerolls both on customizong components, cheap ones.

Sorry you had to find it out the hard way like I did. A better description of how it works would lead to better understanding before purchase, especially where younger players are concerned, especially because 20 plat costs $3.33 the most expensive way to buy it.
