Driveable cars and race track location

Ive seen a few people asking if we can possibly be able to drive the race cars inside our homes or maybe outside in the house location. And also i had a idea for a race track location adds 10% speed buff not sure if we already have a speed location but thought it might be a cool idea to add that if possible.
