1) What is the % damage cap now ? Do % dmg buff stack?

Like for example:

electra hb gives 35% dmg boost and with werewiger aa(buffs with 25% dmg) do they stack to become 60% dmg?


2) What is the bd% needed for a decent budget friendly rogue? For evg

I have no idea abt damage % cap but electra hb + aa with damage boosting(stacking) like arc reppy do stack, so you can have a total of 60% damage %.
80-100bd is good bd for starters, future upgrades should help out

There's no damage cap. It can be as high as it gets. Some buffs stack(new pets, yes werewig does).

For evg just get decent bd/ed(40bd/20ed) mix with OK stats. Main thing for evg is to not die, you're a rog and you'll get clapped easily no matter what stats after wave 30 if u get close, so stats come later 1st is surviving skills.
