Ive a lvl 21 ezerias ice blast staff (green)
Never seen one, and asked a few credible merchants about it with no success.
Anyone have a clue? Its damage is stronger than the 21 pink ssc staff

All lvl 50 ao2 items are dc. Like I got a 50 Thoth plasma. Also I didn't know the lvl 25 picks went away. I'm glad I bought mine.
