a problem, i can't connect to servers

hi,i am new and i dont know what to do when this problem happend,i tried to login 3 times and its the same problem happening:

are you playing on pc or phone? if it is on pc then there is probably a problem with a proxy ...

Thnx sam this is a great link helped me a great deal when i was having problems with connecting via my pc.. if does not work for you yuval i would pm sam or one of the devs directly like futumsh he was great in helping me
