I would go with higher hell scream because player at this level range doesn't usually have much over 100 hit, and with hell scream you could make them miss a lotBut looking good.
Pocket legends: Eagle (Endgame Bird), Magic (endgame mage), Getnuked (voodoo mage)
Star legends: Eng (Engineer), Rapid (operative)
Dark legends: Sucker (vampire queen)

Yes but it reduces damage and dodge by a lot.and I'm good by just using 1 scream xD
