Got a Frosty King Bow of Evasion yesterday...actually I got 2...guess it's not too rare?
lvl30, 94dex
34-38 dmg, 1.0 speed, 3 dex, 1 armor
DPS currently 64 at lvl30

I got the same, in fact, got 2.
