Will the helmets look the same on all races or will it modify like all the armor does now

Depends on the helmet. Some will have specific geometry/textures, others will be reused if possible.

I think it will be like armor. Croc armor looked similar on all classes. Blue armor looked pretty much the same. And Egyptian armor looked differrent.
