Arbiter's helmet question

Are you guys ever going to give anyone a chance to get the Arbiter's Helmet? If you guys are, I'm willing to buy platinum for it. I really want to helmet and i regret not capping my characters :-(

It will not be brought back, you will have a chance to get a cool new helm in several level caps after all the alots are filled and the make a second elite helm

Probably not. One time only thing and it would piss of a lot of people if they released it for plat.

Ha ha yeah it sucks that certain players can not get their helms. I know quite a few dedicated players who buy a lot of plat and started late. I would be willing to help out any way I could to get them their helmets. I think this would encourage them to be more serious about sl.

Yeah lol it would suck if they were released for plat, but itd be cool if we had like an elaborate event or something.
That is just my opinion though. I am sure a lot of players who capped multiple toons wouldnt like thisnidea very much.

They typically add an item at each cap. I think it would be a good idea to offer (provided you gain required exp) the other previous items after you reach the current cap and recieve the current vanity item. For instance, say you hit 41 (after 28k exp), you then get chestplate and are offered the chance to get the helm if you acquire another 28k exp. When the new cap is released (46?) you will get the next item (legs?) once you cap, then after that you are offered the chance to acquire the helm and chest after you acquire the required exp for each. That would give new players a chance to get the old vanity items but they would have to work for it and it wouldn't offend older players who already got the item through their hard work. Thoughts!

I would so do that! I'm willing to cap again just so I can get the helmet. before I though getting the helmet just for capping isn't worth it, but now I think it's worth it and i been so active when I was tryingto get the chest piece

I think they should not re-release the arbiter vanity items, but maybe they could make a set for plat that could have a different color sceam and name it something different. Maybe release them when the caps are raised.

Id rather go with what Krazii said than a plat aribiters set. I already have a hate for plat mech helmet and the plat xrays lol

The only thing that might be a problem would be if you were already at the current lvl cap and wete trying to get the previous cap vanity and the new cap comes out, would the xp for the past vanity stay or be zero'd out and youd hav to restart that xp after capping again.

Only fair to zero out any exp at release of new cap!

I say if you weren't there to cap and get it properly, then sorry about your luck. The day they put cap vanities up for sale will be the last day any STS app would be installed on my phone.

I had about 15 of them until I realized there isn't anything I could do with them and liquidated them.

Hmm. I wrote about this in another thread. The only acceptable solution to give new players (or lazy old ones) the lvlcap items that they couldn't get ('cause they weren't even playing the game when they should get it) is that, when all of the Lvlcap armors were given out to the hardcore players, there should be (not time limited) quests to get those items as the reward. Like kill 10.000 Cultists for the Helmet, kill 10.000 Scorns for the Chest armor.. etc, etc.. And! These items shouldn't be the same color as the Original ones, so the real HC players can still be proud, to have the original ones, and new (or lazy old) players can also have those armors. And, no Platinum Store purchase option! For that, there will be other armors, not the ones that others worked really hard to get them.
