Accurate Dark Legends Release Dates

In 2-3 weeks: Kindle Fire

In 4-5 weeks: Android and Chrome

In 5-6 weeks: iOS


I scavenged all around the forums and can guarantee that these are pretty accurate...

The reason Kindle Fire users get it first is because STS made a special early release deal with Amazon just like Star Legends had with the Verizon VCast.

Then after the 2 week exclusive it goes to Android, then Chrome, and finally iOS.

And which are these "accurate" pieces of information over here in the forums? Most things said over here are only GUESSES. Some of them are based to the reviewers and some are not so I wouldn't take them as 100% accurate. The most accurate info we get are from the reviewers who have been in contact with STS staff.

And as far I know the reason why DL (as well SL did) comes last to iOS users is because Apple doesn't approve Betas which DL is going to be in the first place. Android Market approves betas so we droid users get to play DL before iOS users. And I guess Kindle Fire has arranged this thing with STS like Verizon Vcast did on SL.

These are good guesses but I am not sure if ur dates can be called "accurate".

We have nothing but guesses, Sam posted himself that they left the release Window vague as to not be constrained by release dates. Just wait til a dev fully confirms any release info that isn't vague

The reason Kindle Fire users get it first (I'm just spitballing here) is because the download isn't posted on the Kindle Fire Market, therefore Dark Legends had no restrictions and it is downloaded at free will.

However, Apple probably has stricter restrictions since it has become so big which is why it will take the longest.

I have a Kindle Fire I keep refreshing Amazon, I will let ya ya know asap when I see it in the apps.
Also the reason why Kindle got it first was for a exclusive app between STS and Amazon.
And the whole Apple thing I'm not touching cause everyone knows why it will be last to get the app.

And in the Unbound Gamer article at http://www.unboundgamer.com/_/dark-l...iew-r1667?pg=1 talks about the release date, saying:

"Spacetime Studios is now on the cusp of releasing Dark Legends, which is set to launch in about a month."

The bottom line is that Dark Legends is coming soon. We've been deliberately vague about the exact release date or details (because such is not set in stone... yet!)
