I scavenged all around the forums and can guarantee that these are pretty accurate...

The reason Kindle Fire users get it first is because STS made a special early release deal with Amazon just like Star Legends had with the Verizon VCast.

Then after the 2 week exclusive it goes to Android, then Chrome, and finally iOS.

I concur, as from reading this quote from droidgamers... "Currently Dark Legends is slated for release next month and will be offered up on Amazon's App Store as a two week exclusive before landing on the Android Market."
