What is the exact %increase of bigger luck for reroll chance? What about lilttle luck? And I have heard rumors it does not reroll at all above sewers is this a glitch that will be fixed? I was planning on buying it but not sure if it even helps reroll and was only going to use it at nuri so if it is not useable above sewers I have no use for it. Please if we could get these questions confirmed by a dev I think alot more peopl whould be inclined to purchase it

I still don't understand why you need more than one. Is it that hard to stash it?

More then one because its nice to have extras on alts bcuz u dnt got to go to stash an take out an stuff its just easier..u can get 3 for 75 or in the future 1 for 75..personally i only buy 1 of everyiteme
