Elixir gives you chance to loot the: new event furniture, new mythic ring, new event smelly vanities.
You don't need the elixir to loot locations and deeds.

Are these two assumptions/statements correct lol.

Very good question. I appreciate the Sts team for trying to put every details in the event guides, but they should work a bit on formats. They spread the information about the elixirs across 3 different paragraphs, it really makes it hard to interpret how things are supposed and intended to work. A small detail like this can be very frustrating

Idk if it helps, but through my observation killing company furnitures are lootable through elix
I looted vanity and a few merchant furnitures, without elix
also a guildmate looted a tavern deed without elix from what I heard.

Maybe @Cinco can help us, as i had this problem also. Alot of in game questions regarding the elixir and i kept coming back to the guide trying to decifer it....and feeling unsure if i was giving correct info.Thanks.

Elixir is not required to loot:
- Starter, Cottage, Lodge, or Tavern house deeds
- Merchant style decor items
- Black, gold, or silver femur bone decor items
- Malodorous Garbage Armor
- House slot kits

Elixir is required to loot:
- City, Forest, Mountain, Volcano, Sky, and Golden field environment deeds
- Mansion, Hideout house deeds
- Killing Company throne, chair, table decor items
- Black, gold and silver skull decor items
- Malodorous Garbage Helmet
- Killing Company Syndicate ring

yeah well..i play like 60 elix and all i get was killing chair and sofa and 2 malo helmet..lol..some players used just 2..3 elix and get new hoise or location ..rlly?..why i have so bad luck ..and some players just with 1 elix looted new killing ring
