Why are the AoAs all lvl 10? surely 24+ would be better due to having all the skills unlocked and such? L10 is so easy and quick to reach, so wouldnt it be better to look for higher lvled vets?

The purpose of the AoA is to get new players to an understanding of how the game basically works so they will want to play more, being lvl10 allows us to help with quests and explaining thing in dungeons, although what you say is very important, imo the whole point of the AoA is to get people to want to play as soon as they start, hitting them as low as possible allows this.
This is not to say we wont help higher levels and 25 would be an ideal place. Many 20s-40s have asked for help as well as the low levels, and I will gladly hop on my main and give them a hand on 1 quest or 2. It would be cool if STS added another tutorial on how to maximize ur role in the party
Check the thread titled, thoughts on helpers. We were just discussing that.
They said they want aoa members at lvl 10 so that they wouldn't powerlevel people. Instead of powerleveling, the aoa member can just offer help. Spacetimestudios wants new players to get more experience =p
If practice makes perfect and perfection is impossible, why practice?
