You don't download it on Pc. Its only on google chrome for Pc

are you using google chrome and downloading fro chrome store?

yes im using a pc on chrome to download from chromestore

Did you update it? Chrome has updates every now and then. Depending on when you downloaded Chrome you may not have the current version.

You can update Chrome by clicking the wrench in the top right corner then clicking on "About Google Chrome" will take you to an update page and when it finishes updating it will ask you to relaunch.

Try to download it again maybe your internet went out while you were downloaded

This might not be right, but you could have a setting to not allow chrome downloads. Try to download something else from the store, and tell me what happens.

My cousin had a similar problem. Could your computer/hard drive possible be a vet out of date model?

Yes one of mine did that but it was just the inside graphic card or java or something to help the game run, was down.
