Hi. Was there no cool down for musical event? A guildmate wanted to purchase backpack but came online after event finished and there is no access.

Well obviously I have acquired the power of invisibility. Second time I've asked for advice about this and still no joy.
I don't even know why I'm typing this, nobody can see it.

If you mean the drum, harp, lute backpack vanities, then musical notes tokens are needed to buy them.

Cooldown should be 3 days according to preview:

“The Mourning Minstrel even will run for 1 week from 1:30 pm CT October 15 - 1:30 pm CT October 22, with a 3 day cooldown. Help the poor gent and enjoy the event!”

If that vendor is not there anymore then it may need to be added back for a few days.
