New vanities aren't even available

I believe these new vanities are more rare than those previous limited vanities set at 50pcs every after 2 hrs. Last time I can still see the counter as it depletes now
I just luckily able to buy 1 set only in a milli-second which is further reset every 4 hrs. I tried to buy a 2nd piece after 4 hrs but failed.
