switch weapons

So here's a thought..

I personally tend to switch weapons depending on the situation.
There is the 1 gun and shield set that I use and there is ofcourse the let's do some serious dmg with my dual gun set.
As it is now, I have to go to my inv, install a gun, install a shield and... run realy hard to catch up to the rest of the party.
It would be awesome if I could switch between them with a simple press on a button.

I was hoping sts would add a feature like tht, just to switch across 2 sets. I play PL and i often switch from xbow to dagger in game and have to additional equip wing when i do that.

Well there is a gear abover ur crets when u go into inventory. There u could save 5 sets of items as u like. Example might be a sheild and pistol u name first one and save then next as dualies and save. Hope this helps im explaining as detailed as i can

Yes, I know about that option but you still have to go to menu, inv, gear button, choose gear.
I'm actualy talking about an onscreen button that will switch between 2 sets of weapons.

This is what I do. It's easy and only takes a few seconds in the middle of battle.
Practice and it will be far quicker for you, rather than sts designing it into their program just so only a few people would use it.

its a good idea aside from pvp issues can you imagine a commando using a cannon then as soon as he sees a hint that your charecter is gonna use a skill quickly changes to shield. it would be so frustrating it would have to be a pve thing only.

That would make pvp much more fun and interesting.
