Bug where Knock down skills cause you not to cast

Hey everyone,

I want to let you know about a bug that was introduced in our last patch to Star Legends. This bug causes knock down abilities in PvP to stop the person who's knocked down from using abilities for several seconds (while knocked down). This bug overpowers those abilities. The issue came up where a NPC boss ability was fixed, but had an unintended consequence of affecting player abilities in a PvP environment.

Our apologies for this mistake.

We should have a correction for this problem patched out early next week (April 2 through 6). Thanks in advance for your understanding.
