Lending FREE gold?!

I was at balefort castle when this guy suddenly shouted 'Lending free gold, 500-2m'
So I PM-ed him and asked him why he would do such a thing and not get scammed. He told me that if people scammed they would get banned.
Following, he told me that if he made 5 more people getting their accounts banned he would then become an admin. (Not sure what kind of admin.)

This guy also told me that money that was scammed returns to his account, Spacetime Studios sends him as much money as he loses. He would use a video recorder to record the lending process down.

He was a lvl 1 bear with no kills. (Not revealing name though)

So guys?! What is with this guy and what are your thoughts?!

xD... I'm so impressed of all the stupid new ways people try to scam lol.. Last time, one guy said me he had hacked an admin panel for multiplying gold.. i was rofl

I like that one. Strange people out there!
I had a guy yesterday trying to push me and others to give him free stuff.
Then wanted the people in our party to ask him for his acct info so we could add platinum.
He was very persistant until I told him it was against the TOS to ask for anyones account
info. Finally we all just ignored him and let him die while we stood back laughing.

Many people try to say they are admins. It's preposterous for people to claim that. He will not become an admin and cannot receive his money back from being scammed. It's ridiculous.
