Did some weapons' stats change in 1.3?

I have a Conqueror's Battle Sword lvl35. All resources online show that it is
116-142 Damage,2.0 Speed
7 Str, 3% Dodge, 4% Crit, 3 Armour
Lv. 35, 111 Str

But mine is 1.2 speed, which makes it even better than some lvl45 pinks.

Is this a change in 1.3?

The speed on every item in the game has changed with 1.3. I don't notice any actual change in speed though so I think it's just a change in the way that number is calculated or displayed.

A ton of stats were changed! Like 1H swords went from .9 speed to .6. 2H went from 2.0 speed to 1.2, daggers went from .6 speed to .3 speed etc.
