I don't think they are tradable. They require the crafting components glyphic steel, and a free recipe the personal crafted gives you

They are tradable. At least they were during 61 cap.

They are just next to non existant as very very few lvl60+ farm nuris

Why wouldn't they be tradeable? Only thing not tradeable as crafting materials are the plat recipes. But items crafted with plat recipes are yet again tradeable. No reason for them not to be tradeable but u don't see lots of them sold anywhere because almost no one farms Nuri anymore.
