Yeah, I was half expecting Flip to appear out of nowhere right before the update to tell us what was to come. But like DL my dreams were crushed. V.V

Do you mean only devs can hand them out? That's a false rumor, the NPC in Blackstar clearly states you have to farm the last 3 ears from a boss.

If you meant that only the devs are in possession of the last 3 ears then I have no idea but wouldn't believe it since no ones seen a dev in-game since... the cat vanities were released. Lol.
