I might actually redo the entire thing or just have 2 separate parts. One with old tier, one with new tier and just keep it updated. I can add in some of Gund's tactics, he seems to do well.

EDIT: Oh and it won't be the way it is now. Not even close.

    1. Pvp overview, introduction of the Twink
    .
Pocket legends PVP (player versus player) has made many advances since its first creation. This is due to the rising amount of players and the development of what the players call a "twink." The different types of pvp vary greatly, starting at low levels with low amounts of skill points all the way up to max characters with an item special to their level. While pocket legends may be playable on many devices, this is not suggested due to lag and other reasons.

While new players may think it is wise to make a high leveled character for pvp, more experienced players know better than to do so. The reason behind this is that less experienced low level players stand no chance against the rich twinks. In a nut shell, twinks are low level characters with good stats and equipment, but this guide will go more in-depth on that later.

Because pvp is the potion free alternative to pve (player versus everyone, which is deceiving because it does not let you fight players) less experienced players find it to be a cheap way to have fun. They soon realize their error after fighting a twink, and generally quit pvp altogether. In reality, pvp is actually expensive, if you want to do good. The reason for this is pocket legends features multiple discontinued items (items that were once possible to get, but now are not through the original method), which naturally raise in price because of increasing rarity.

    2. Winning isn't everything
Winning isn't everything. Unless you’re a support mage. The time that the myth "winning is everything" is shattered from the minds of pvp players varies, but they will eventually let it go. Pocket legends pvp has risen from barbaric like noobs constantly rushing (killing without warning) to what it is today. If you’re lucky, you may get a pvp tutor to teach you the ways. If not, you will learn it the hard way or give up. What new players aren't aware of when they get their first kill (usually rushing), is that in a fair match the player they killed would have most likely beaten them. If they can't beat them, they call on a guild for help.

    3. Concept of rushing and "go"
The concepts of rushing MUST be grasped quickly if one would like to do good in the complex warzone that is pvp. If success is your goal, you must learn to simple words. "Go" and "no" are the only words that are essential to not being rushed. "Go" is what you need to say before fighting just about everyone, until you get better. "No" is what you say to people who say go to you and you are certain a fight with them will not benefit you in any way. This simple amount of knowledge is probably the most important thing in this guide, so hopefully those who didn't already know this did not skip over this part of the guide.

    4. Rush after go
Even if both players say go, a rush can still occur. This happens when both players are so close to each other that one uses their "buffs" before the other, and gets to attack first. This is usually considered rushing, so it is best to start a fight with the two players far apart from one another to avoid trouble.

    5. Consequences of rushing
The consequences of rushing can be destructive to your pvp career. First, you lose respect from that person and they will probably rush you back a couple times if they are nice, sometimes a lot more. Second, they may have multiple characters to rush you with (E.G. You rush a level 10 with your level 15 so they leave and come back with a level 20.) If that isn't enough to keep rushers away, they can always rely on a guild. When players in a guild get rushed, sometimes they tell their guild to rush you every time they see you. This can be particularly bad when they are in large guilds, so look around before you rush just anyone.

    6. People to rush
This tip is controversial, but since it is my guide I will list it. There are noobs you can rush, and they show up periodically throughout the day. Some players choose to not rush them or even fight them at all. Because they have only one possibility of a consequence, it is common for people to locate said noobs, and show no mercy in destroying them instantly. The one thing that can happen from destroying a complete noob is someone else from the game will see it and get mad at you, possibly even rush you.

If you plan to be a "rushing twink", you need to know who to rush. There are some simple things you can do to decide whether the supposed "noob" is actually noob or not. First thing, check the name. If their name is full of random letters they are generally not very skilled. Secondly, check the guild. If they're in a guild that you rarely see they are most likely just randomly joining pvp games. Another thing to look at is their gear. For example, a bear with a staff is generally a free kill (unless his name is Xorejtz). Looking at gear can be misleading though because some people wear noob gear so people will rush them. Once they are rushed they use that as an excuse to rush you. Another small thing that i look at occasionally is the face of the supposed noob. If it's just your average face they could be a noob.

SIDENOTE: Recently, players in PVP have been standing up for the bad players. It is highly frowned upon by most to rush new players. The reason this section of the guide was added was to show why certain players have the Kill to Death ratio that they do. As helping out new players is becoming more and more common, it may be better to not mess with new players when you see good players. What you do when no one is around except new players is entirely up to you.

    7. Deciding who to fight and consequences of fight

Deciding who to fight is entirely your call, but keep in mind the pros and cons of fighting each person. To help make this decision type where you chat into "/trade <enter players name>" and then press the "avatar" button from there to see their level and possibly the amount of kills and deaths they have. From there it should be pretty clear whether or not you will win, but this cannot always be 100% accurate. If you do decide to fight them, say "go <enter players name>" when you are a fair distance away and wait for them to do the same.

Positive consequences: you win and they respect you. Your kill death ratio rises and you get more respect all around. They may invite you to guild. You lose, they may say good job and respect you for fighting them if they are higher level. You lose and they give you constructive criticism, which is always helpful.

Negative consequences: you misunderstood them and rushed them so they kill you. You lose to a low level and they rush you on higher leveled character because you are bad. You do no damage and are marked as complete noob in the eyes of everyone there. If you are in a good guild and you do bad constantly, you may be kicked from your guild.

    8. Power of dex bears
While some players take the traditional combat approach (bears with strength, birds with dexterity and mages with intelligence), most good players mix things up with characters called "dex bears". These characters have high dexterity but are bears, so they have all the skills of a bear with the gear of a bird, a deadly combination. These bears can be particularly dangerous to players who haven't seen one before because they are bears with weapons that go a much longer range than normal. There are three main types of characters this guide will teach of for now.

    9. Bird overview
The bird. This character is pretty much always going to have dexterity when around the twinking levels (10-20). The weapons they use can vary from talons to cross bows to snow-ball launchers, or even more. Most people wanting to get serious in pvp fork out a few platinum for rings and vanity to do even better (and look better of course). The good levels for birds are generally 16 and 18. Level 16 is the first level you can unlock break and spend gathered skill points on. Level 18 unlocks repulse which blasts the target away. Break reduces armor greatly and is generally essential to the skill builds of level 16 birds.

To most, birds are looked at as basically free kills, but what they don’t realize is the potential birds have. Although birds have low armor, they make up for it with their evade skill, which raises there dodge greatly. Birds rely on combos to kill their opponent. One great skill for a bird is the root which procs (makes the opponent immovable) the enemy. Most birds rush in and do their combo then follow with the root skill. After the root skill is used they begin to kite until they are able to use their combo again. Birds repeat this process until the death of their opponent. Some birds can take you out with one combo, but normally it takes two.

    10. Enchantress overview
The enchantress. There are three main types of mages (enchantresses) covered in this guide. The first is the "kite mage" and this one can be a tough one to use if lag is a factor in the fight. If you look to be a good kiting mage then you must use a device without lag and be able to afford good items like a toyman wand or a stormstrike wand. This type of character requires a bit more skill then others, but can be worth it. The strengths of the kite mage involve high amounts of skill points in healing and a mixture of frostbite and firestorm. These mages usually run while still using auto attack on the person chasing them, hence the name "kite mage". These types of mages can be frustrating to fight and have a weakness to items that can freeze people. If you want to be a good kiter do not fight players with items like the snowball launcher or duckfoot. The stats for these usually include 37 dexterity and the rest added into the intelligence character. The primary reason for this is so they can wear a ring that gives armor. The secondary reason for the dexterity is so that they can wear a snipers helm and wing, which give armor and higher hit percentage. The fighting strategies vary player to player for these characters, so find what works best for you, but try not to run in. Also, heal, heal, and heal again. This is very important for mages and is the reason they are so good.

The other job of a kiter mage is to be a "support mage". If the myth that winning is everything hasn't been taken from you, you may enjoy being one of these characters. The fun thing about being a good support mage is that you will almost never die, if you know what you are doing. Support mages are generally level 17 so they can use nightmare. The reason a support mage and kiter aren't separated into two separate

The second type of enchantress is called by some a "nuke mage". This mage specializes in the use of combos to destroy their target quickly and efficiently. This type of mage uses a lot less strategy and skill then a kiter mage and may be better for beginners to use. The weakness of these mages is that they have no healing and cannot run from other mages at all. These mages spend their skill points in specials that do high damage and lower the stats of their opponents. Because the strategy of a nuke mage is so simple, a strategy to fight them is equally simple. First, nuke mages are slightly rare to find and will usually be level. Second, if you fight them once and lose, you will probably lose again. When you do fight them, play their game. Nuke mages succeed because they expect to be kited (not always, but generally). When you fight a nuke mage, you need to do as much damage as fast as possible, as dodging will be very difficult. This strategy should stay constant, meaning; if you lose once with it you will probably lose every time.

    11. Bear overview
The last character you can possibly be is a bear. The only type of bear this guide will cover is the dex bear, as any other type is obsolete. As the name suggest, these bears have high dexterity and the skills "rage" and sometimes "iron blood", or IB. These types of characters can take on nearly any other and win, if they have the proper stat builds. These characters are versatile in the fact that you will find them at nearly every twinking level, and they generally do well. The weapons for these characters range from snowball launchers to talons to crossbows. For a helmet, use the best kind you can find (usually the one with the best armor), which will probably be ranked as a "green" in rarity. If you need a shield, the gingerbread defender is a common choice. Keep in mind that most of the bears damage relies on auto attack. When using nearly any twink, a ring that boosts stats is highly suggested, and can be purchased with platinum.

A strategy for a dex bear includes "buffing up", or using rage and iron blood at the beginning of the fight, then using auto attack and specials. It is highly common for dex bears to have high stomps and rage, and after level 16 the skill "iron blood". If your goal is to succeed as a dex bear, you must master the timing of your stomp. When facing other dex bears, attempt to dodge their stomp and hit with yours. The best strategy against a dex bear is to kite them so they can't stomp you. The snowball launcher and duckfoot are very good weapons for dex bears, as they freeze their opponent, setting up a combo for when they stomp. This combo shatters the opponent, and does a lot of damage.

    12. Guilds and players to look out for

Some guilds and players will rush you. When it comes down to it, it’s your decision to run or fight, but here is some reasoning to back up your choice. First and most important, don’t rush sleep. If you see the word sleep under some players name in a game, don't mess with that player. Sleep is a guild that plays however it has to win. That means if you kill a low level sleep member, high level members are probably on the way. Here are some other guilds you may want to look out for:

    - The Dissidents of Go (generally higher levels, but look out)
    - Sit (Only if your noob)
    - Sleep (Members not on often but when they are they will rush)

This section is not finished. Read the rest of this guide to find out how you can help, and possibly be added to the credits. You don't get a reward so don't ask for one.

While some guilds may be mostly good, most guilds have a few rushers in them, but don't attempt to take it out on the rest of the guild. This can end bad for you and the less skilled members of said guild. Players that may rush you, or should not be messed with are as follows:

    - Vveird (or any account whose name starts with two v's, as this guy has a lot of alternate accounts)
    - Kizzed (old and experienced player)
    - Improving (partner of entertaining, will only rush if entertaining does)
    - Moujie (china)
    - Gundamsone (very wealthy and highly skilled, not to be messed with)
    - Lolzwutt (gets bored and randomly rushes anyone, friends included)
    - Sunblocks ("Sun..is god" - Uncleechinnn)
    - GLOKS (Player skilled enough to get his entire name capitalized by most players)
    - Jiven ("Now That's Unfortunate" - Jiven)
If you wish to be added to this section, get lost. Seriously though, if you feel someone is missing from here then do two things. First make sure they are level 10-20. If they are, make sure they are not in any of the guilds listed. If they meet those standards, message the account "improving" or "entertaining" in game to have them added. Keep in mind that beating one of these players once will not add you to this list.

    13. Guilds to rush

Some people find it helpful to use someones guild mates for leverage (E.G., you rush me i rush your guild). This can be an okay approach if you have the skill but be very careful. This type of strategy can be good for justifying your desire for rushing, but can backfire when they team up on you. If multiple people from one guild rush you, it may be wise to rush everyone in the guild, so as to stop an onslaught of rushing before it starts (sleep). On the off chance you find a guild full of unskilled people that rush, it is highly suggested you pressure them into disbanding or simply rush them. The more guilds that rush together, the worse off the twinking community is.

    17. Build side note

Every build here is original, even if found elsewhere first. They have been found through players in game and not guides on forums. If you would like a build added, message the build to "improving" or "entertaining" for review. Keep in mind all builds must be for level 20s and under. If your build was not created within your brain, forget trying to get credit. Most of the gear named is very expensive and can be substituted for gear of lesser value. If you lose on one of these exact builds, blame yourself for doing so poorly.
Also in regards to builds, many players choose to get a face from the Magic Mirror. The bonuses from these faces range from +1 armor to +1 hit percentage. Some would consider these a waste of platinum, but if you have a lot and you have already paid for the cream of the crop in gear, it is highly suggested you buy a face as well.

    18. Credits

Thanks to vv for all the help on making this guide, for without him it would not be here
Thanks to Improving for typing it all out
Thanks to Sryyoulose for pointing out the first error! (that i didn't notice)
Thanks to every keen eye on forums for help with grammar and spell check
Thanks to the players for all the builds and feeding my KD (NOM NOM NOM).

    19. Message to the reader

If you read all of this, thank you. Message me (Entertaining) the word JIBBY for more respect. If you care to make this guide any better and possibly be added to the credits, pointing out flaws in the guide is a big help, but do it the right way. Any comments will be quickly attended too upon release of the guide. If you notice a couple errors, comment them and they will be fixed. After commenting an error, come back later to see that it is hopefully changed, and edit your comment likewise. Constructive criticism is highly valued, as this is my first guide. Also, if i left any major detail out, message me in game.

    20. Favorite comments

None yet, make a good comment to make it here. No suck ups. Maybe.

    22. TL; DR (too long; didn't read)

Say go before a fight, don't rush. Use good gear. Twinks are good level 10-20 characters. Don't mess with the guild sleep or the players entertaining or vv. Builds, builds, builds. Credits, message to reader, the end. If this is the only paragraph you read don't comment.
