2x experience fails (pics inside)

There is such thing... It's like when you start at level 1, you kill one guy its 1 exp, of course. But as you get higher in levels. you need to kill a few just to get one exp sometimes. Isn't how it goes? So there is 1/4 or 1/2 exp..

Yeah, so for example:

Say I leveled a new toon he just started at level 1, of course you will get a full exp or whatever.
Then lets say I got to level 3. NOW I need to kill like 3 to get 1 exp, but with the 2x exp, just killing one will still give you 1 exp.
(just making up numbers)

It seemed like it worked on my engineer but not on my commando. Whole xp thing does seem buggy.

Here's a fresh lvl 1 toon pulling the same experience as my lvl 3 toon.



0kills 0xp



and now 1kill 1xp the exact same as my lvl 3



any ideas?

I dont think its working for 40-41. 1-40 yeah its working but i havent noticed anything different from 40-41.

Well, like i said before. Maybe the 2x exp only works on certain devices. It's possible that it can happen like that.

They wouldnt give certain devices a xp bonus....
