That would be nice, but if it's going to be a instant kill, it wouldn't really be fair the other classes that don't have that kind of attack similar like Sniper. I think will be probably be overpowered in PvP if it is effective.

What if, instead of instant kill, we get just the sniper's laser? Long cool down, but a single shot of massive damage.
