Power points

Hello. I dont know if this is a bug but.. Do you get power points each level? Because, I wanted to keep some points for skills later, but havent recieved anything. When I use the points, next level I recieve 1 power point, but when I dont, power points are on the same number, 1. Anyone knows anything?

I leveled from 10-12 and got no power/skill points. Is there a way to know and how to get them?

also auto leveling is on, so ur points get mapped automatically..till u turn it off that is

From Lv1 till now i am lv 14 , i only have 5 points.
