Go to your character select screen. Just to the left of your character's name is a small button.

I hope so... Hopefully upon the iOS release the button will comeback so we have the option without resetting our characters.

Edit: Now that I think of it I think they do offer it again for each new device the account logs onto.

I would also like to upgrade to the premium character.

I didn't know when i signed up how expensive another toon would be. I'm definitely not spending 80 plat to get a new premium toon. Especially since we can't stash vanity. Not that i would anyway.

is it possible to do this after the fact?

I just tried installing on Chrome and didn't get the offer. I tried to get it right away but the Google payment thing didn't work...
