Skills use blood, but if you have not gathered any, what do they use? Your health or are they free.

They use health cause ive been full dealth and use my skill setup then im below half health its weird

If your health is critically low, you cant use skills (like running out of mana in PL)

It seems like you can't do anything so at that point you probably get a death unless you're in pve and use packs.
