How do you stun in PVP?

Sometimes I get these hit by these gnarly stuns. Is it a skill or a weapon? I see knock backs in the skill list, but no stun till the higher lvls. Some times I get get hit and can't move at all for a couple seconds.

What it is? I want to do it to people too.

I have seen this too, and thought the other person was level 20 had root. They were only 14, so I am not sure how it was happening. Maybe the knock down is considered a stun.

Could be Fatal Burst possibly. That appears like it stuns the enemy.

It is a weapon Proc. It is the only one that I have discovered and the proc belongs to weapons that look like the level 14 legendary skulltrimmers.

2 sec cd on proccing maybe? Was perma'd for over 10 seconds... the second time I timed it. thought it was just a glitch, because it just happened that one match.

It's either a charged fatal blast or vermin swarm

Vermin Swarm stuns but I have been stunning since level 14 and so have others. I don't have the exact numbers figured. I do know that skulltrimmers and others that have the same look (axe) cause the stun.

i think its fatal burst but only when fully charged cause thats what i use first when i run into a room and it seems to stun the, then i normally kill them

Yeah, it's fatal burst. I just respecced for it. I'm kinda missing the crit buff though.

stun on skulltrimmers lasts when a normal attack is charged. Other possibilities would be being knocked down via Hblades, UHS, or Fburst
