my chrome app not workin on desktop windows

I download chrome but everytime i exit out an go to go back it says i gota download again its frustratin.and sometimes after i download it says it wasnt downloaded.same with PL

Dont close chrome...aand try resize page size while its loading,the smaller the frame the lesser pixels the faster initialization, thats how i do it...if i should load dl on fullsize frame it takes 1.30hrs....minimal frame is 15minutes))) also if ur framerate us low...change screen resolution and chrome pagesize( wrench on the rightside if toolbar)
