Missing quest dialog.

So I have been playing for a few days and love the game. But yesterday I realised after completing the "ticker " quest no more quests appeared and none of the bots told me where to go or who to see. So now whenever I go into the quests panel there is nothing appearing. I have tried logging out and back in, talking to everyone I possibly can with no luck. Any ideas?

P.s. I am using the android platform on a Samsung galaxy s2.

OK admins can lock and delete this post. Turns out I got through the quests a bit too quickly and didn't have any quests till I leveled up..... my bad.
