Did they add new items to the level 19 games? I killed the boss, I think Zyra, like 9 times, and she didn't drop anything good except this:

Lol, good luck, I might later but as for right now there is too much of a delay for her respawn IMO.

Cinco confirmed to me that her spawn is 2mins-5mins long, it is randomized.
