Post Deletion/Post Blocking by owner of thread.

Suggestion

Can the maker of a thread please get the ability to:

1. Delete posts in his thread - it can be used as a way to prevent flames.
Ex: Apollo () comments on my thread "Burn in **** noob!". To prevent myself for murdering him, how about I delete his post and pretend he never said it.

2. Block people from posting on your thread - Used if someone keeps posting the same thing after it was deleted.
Ex: RedRyder () posts on my thread "Die in a hole!". I delete his post to prevent from lighting him on fire. But he posts it again and again everytine I delete it. So I edit my original post, go to where it says "Block user" and put in his name. Now whenever he posts, a pop up would appear saying "You have been blocked from posting on this thread. Click here to go back to thread."

Doesn't the block user in settings block them from your threads?
