brain freeze mage build

can someone help me with a brain freeze mage build? I'm going to use the wand and eye and plan to go 67 dex (so I can wear a dex ring) and put the rest into int. I need to hear some skill recommendations and tactics.

is it even a good idea to pvp with a brain freeze mage? I'm going to take this toon to 35 and make a voodoo mage but wanted to pvp along the way.

Sorry, what I meant was you can't get 67 dex and 94 int to equip the brainfreeze stuff, the most dex you can get is 60

Oh yeah. Ur right. I can get 67 by 35 tho when I'm a voodoo Mage. .

Correction: 93 int

@Robert: Usually 30 is a medium level to pvp but 35 is where its at. More action in 35 and more pvpers at that level with challenges . In my opinion, 30 games seem boring because people seem to rush a lot and chat a lot and never even pvp much

Ok thx! I'm going to rush so I should fit right in. Lol. I prolly won't be at 30 long but the brain freeze is cheap so I can use it til I can get voodoo equips.
