but how do you maximize this intense ability...thats what I'm about to show you
First off a few requirements:
-have some spare cash 600k-800k
-or already have a 55 crafted set
-be 66 and also have SoH
-have a Winter Festival Cap
If you're missing some of this, than it would seem you can not overpower the world with sparkles, but maybe you can learn strategies to be almost as sparkly
