I used to hear this as the first pet and first street, so for me it was always Sandy Garden. Sandy was a failed experiment on Dad's part. He tried to adopt a problem dog when he had never had a dog before. Garden Terrace in Salem MA is a little street of low income houses where a young salesman could make ends meet, hopefully, as he begins to carve out his own piece of the American Dream. So... Sandy Garden... which seems kinda zen-like to me.
