Lower the price for new characters

Why are the new character slot SO expensive? On PL it's only 5 platinum to buy a new character... but DL it's 50?!

I think because of DL's energy system the price should be even lower or at least the same as PL because it would give us something else to do while one character is recharging.. Can someone tell me why it was decided to make the new character slots in DL so much more expensive??

In PL we don't even really "need" a lot of characters in my opinion because you can always farm or grind somewhere for FREE. But in DL it's not possible to grind without spending a crazy amount of money. The only options we have when waiting for energy are pvp or standing somewhere doing nothing...

My suggestion is to make new character slots 5-10 platinum. Obviously 5 would be best, but I think 10 would be fine too, because new players are given 10 platinum to start with.

I guess I just don't understand why almost all games seem to be raising their prices more and more... Just because people will pay, doesn't mean it's right...

Anyways, I think at least lowering the prices of a new characters would be a step in the right direction! Please consider it!!

This will never happen.
If it would, gold transfers between toons(on different accounts would increase Significantly.)
(I don't own a 2nd toon so it doesn't affects me.)

I have 3 toons all on there own email account. I do think extra character slots are a little expenisive but you dont need to buy them just make a few emails.

DL is much more money based in both real world money and in game money.
Money is easy to come by, so by making new characters more expensive, they're limiting the amount of people who will pile on characters, farm massive amounts of gold between them all while others recharge...and thus killing the economy.

I actually prefer them expensive...makes me appreciate my 2 accounts more.

I guess I understand, I was just shocked when I saw it for the first time after knowing how affordable new characters are on PL. I still hope they lower it at least a little though!
