feed feature doesn't always work

Another major problem ive had with feeding is occasionally ill go to feed and my character trys feeding on one then moves another and feeds on them instead once feeding is finished im full health but i still have the heart beat noise :/

example

im attacking mob A then i feed, my character jumps on mob A then quickly moved to mob B leaving mob A still alive mob B then dies and im still getting the feeding (heartbeat noise beating through my headphones)


EDIT: When i get time and find a decent free screen recorder that records computer audio ill record a few runs and see if it still happens.
(both my glitch and the one happening in this thread)
