Lvl 18 bird help

I wanna make a level 18 bird but I know nothing about them
can anyone tell me the build,gear,dex/str point distribution stuff, rings, etc thx

EDIT:
Build: 1 blast, 1 root, 2 focus, 6 evasion, 5 break armour, 1 shattering scream, 1 repulse
Stat distribution: 22 str, 5 int, rest dex
Gear: lvl 15 toyman wand, lvl 10 play pack helm and wing, artisan leather lvl 15 (lvl 5 if low on cash), I like to use hit% ring to make sure my root and repulse hits any cool vanity, cos u wanna be kickin butt in style
Combo: break > root > repulse, shatter and blast when in range.

My bird vveirdo was 3:1, my build is on Entertainings guide to twinking if you wanna check it out. L18 birds are op against anyone 1v1 1-19, just FFA is a chore with them.

Only if u play them right, u gotta kite like mad, and if u get too close your a gonner. It's the same with all classes really, if you can play it well, you shouldn't have trouble
