As a mechanic? No, especially with all the issues in the current PvP system, including blatant use of macros to fire off combos. This would create a customer service nightmare.
It would be optional. Some pvp would have wagers and others wouldn't. Don't have to play it if you're afraid

I hate to cheat by using macros.
That's why i NEVER EVER PLAY ON Chrome, i only play on mobile and you can't use macros on mobile :P
