What is ap?
Like let's say I have 10000 kill but I need 600 ap to unlock the award. ( not actual numbers)
How do u earn it and what does it stand for?

It's achievement points.

You get them for doing certain things in game, buying certain gear, spending plat...etc
You unlock different titles to display under your name in game.

Think of it like Gamer Score for the Xbox 360.

Each of the achievements tells you how many APs you need and/or how many APs are awarded to you. Each achievement adds some APs to your total APs.
