Guys, if you give rep... nothing really happens. You could give rep to anyone.. at anytime. Sure he is bribing but how much time does it take to press a button or two. Receiving rep is earned but if u wanna bribe, bud, it doesnt matter. Ban? For bribing for rep? Unlikely.
