Glitch When Drinking Blood?

I went to drink some blood, and went to the closest enemy. But I kind of spammed the button because I was about to die... And then after the normal taget jumped through walls to the end. What happened? O.o

There's a few glitches with feeding. I'd like to see a stickied thread on this because I can name at least 3 different glitches I have seen which have given me my only 2 deaths.
